Accept the connection conditions

Once you have requested a connection, within 6 days, you will receive an e-mail from Nedgia with the following information:

 Estimate period for the construction of the network.

 Map / sketch of the connection point.

 Applicant’s connection fee budget

 Request for natural gas in the building

If you agree, you must accept the proposal by sending the requested documentation by e-mail to Nedgia.

Once we have received it, we will start the connection process.

Contract the natural gas supply

Once your installation is connected to the gas network, you can manage the natural gas supply contract with a supply company.

When the supply company contacts us to request the start of your supply, at Nedgia we will contact you to arrange a visit from a technician to check that your installation complies with current regulations, put in the gas meter, and get everything ready so that you can start enjoying natural gas.
