We have the following offer for you and your customers to convert the boiler rooms of homeowners’ associations to natural gas.
Who can benefit from the offer?
Buildings with at least 15 homes that want to use natural gas for their centralised heating or hot water supply.
Applicable to all distributors except Nedgia Madrid, S.A.
How much will the homeowners’ association receive?
If it wants natural gas for heating, it will receive:
Between 15 and 30 homes:
€200/home
More than 30 homes:
€ 250/home
If it wants natural gas for heating and hot water, it will receive:
Between 15 and 30 homes:
€ 280/home
More than 30 homes:
€ 350/home
The maximum amount to be received is limited to 200 homes.
How do I apply the offer to the homeowners’ association?
The homeowners’ association must approve a quote for the installation with the offer discount and sign two copies of the following documents, providing you with one copy:
Financial conditions of the offer
You must upload this documentation to the Private Area, along with:
Copy of the installation quote.
Minutes of the meeting in which the boiler room conversion was approved.
Document showing the structure of the building.
Document issued by Nedgia validating the offer.
How will you receive the contribution?
Before making any requests with this offer, you must register using the form below.
When you have a homeowners’ association interested in this offer, you must validate the applicable requirements with a Nedgia agent before offering the discount.
You will receive the contribution one month after the boiler room has been commissioned.
What is the validity period?
The offer is valid for requests received between 15 July and 31 December 2020 (offer extended until March 31, 2021) that are commissioned within 12 months of the application date.
It is not applicable to supply points (CUPS) with requests made before 15 July 2020.
